Decks, Pools & Outdoor Living in Maryville, TN
Maryville is the county seat of Blount County. The city was established on July 11, 1795, and named for Mary Grainger Blount, wife of Governor William Blount, for whom the county is named. DOCK&DECK designs and builds custom decks and outdoor living spaces for Maryville and Blount County homes, and our pool division, Tennessee Pool & Spa, builds pools. If you also have a lake lot, we build boat docks on Fort Loudoun and Tellico lakes, which both reach into Blount County.
Decks and Outdoor Living in Maryville
A deck or covered outdoor space should fit the house and the way you use the yard. We build composite and hardwood decks, with privacy screens, stairs and multi-level designs where the lot calls for them, plus covered pavilions, outdoor kitchens and patios. Our own crew does the work, from the drawings to the last board.
Pools and Hardscapes
Pools are built by Tennessee Pool & Spa, our pool division since 2020: same team, same standards. Planning the deck, patio and pool together keeps the details consistent across the backyard.
Boat Docks on Nearby Lakes
Fort Loudoun Lake and Tellico Lake both reach into Blount County. If you have a lake lot, our own crew designs and builds boat docks on main-channel and cove lots. Docks there need a TVA Section 26a permit. We prepare and submit your TVA permit paperwork at no charge. You pay TVA’s application fee. Some neighborhoods and jurisdictions require their own approval before a dock can be built. It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to know what their subdivision or jurisdiction requires and to let us know, and we’re glad to assist with any additional permits.
